Payment Terms and Policy:
When scheduling or renting studio time, rates are based on a 2 Tier system - "with an engineer" < or >" without an engineer".
We accept: CASH - CERTIFIED BANK CHECK - PAYPAL (for PayPal please "Click Here" scroll to the PayPal button)
A 25 % deposit is required upon making a booking thru the "BookFresh" widget in order to hold the selected time. All bookings are first come - first served basis.
Any 25% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellations occur less than 24 hours in advanced. Exceptions are at the discretion of the owner.

Acoustic Design Studios will hold rights of copyright on ALL productions until PAYMENT IN FULL IS OBTAINED. Upon PAYMENT IN FULL, Acoustic Design Studios of New England LLC will issue a statement of receipt and copyright release. Deviations from this policy is permissible under other binding agreements or separate written contract recording agreements negotiated with Acoustic Design Studios of New England LLC.

Package pricing is available for larger projects, such as recording and producing a full-length album.
Note: Bookings under "rates with no engineer" provided will be considered an equipment lease, subject to a additional security deposit up to $ 5000.00 for damage and equipment liability. Liability signature or proof of insurance required. Absolute policy: No food or drink is allowed in the studio control room.
Rates: Mobile Studios
$ 40.00 p/hr minimum 5 hour rate + $1.00 per mile after 30 miles. Includes engineer. Package pricing is available for larger projects or consistent

Rates: Commercial Radio Ads - Voice-mail
Radio ad productions run .15 second, .30 second, and .60 second segments. Cost is based on content and time. Please call us so that we may assess your needs.
